HOW TO ENTER
Alden Customs sponsorship program begins August 1st, 2020. Official sponsored rider entries will be entered automatically at the cumulative rate of one (1) entry for each $50.00 donation for the application fee. Once the crowd sourced amount has been met ($650), a rider will be announced for sponsorship of 1 full custom hunt jacket. This can happen up to 4 times a year (quarterly August 1st through October 1st, November 1st through January 1st, February 1st through April 1st, May 1st through July 1st), based upon number of nominations. Applications will stop being accepted once 13 riders have been nominated. If not enough nominations are received by the deadline, they will roll over to the next quarter. Refunds of sponsorship donation are not accepted. Multiple donations for the same nominee are accepted to help meet the goal sooner, however multiple donations on behalf of the same individual do not amount to additional consideration. Individuals will be judges on their merits only, and what they have contributed to the Morgan Horse breed. ONLY official entries will be accepted though www.aldencustoms.com
WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION
One (1) Sponsored Rider will be selected based upon provided information. Individuals who are strong ambassador and promoters of the Morgan horse will be considered. Winner will be notified by telephone. If the winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or he or she is found to be ineligible, or he or she does not comply with these rules, such winner will be disqualified and, if applicable, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering this drawing, the winner shall be deemed to have given Alden Customs or anyone it chooses, the unlimited right and license to use the winner’s name, likeness and photograph for publicity purposes in all media, and without further compensation. No substitution of prizes or cash equivalents is permitted at the election of the winner. Alden Customs shall have the right to make prize substitutions at its discretion.
ELIGIBILITY
The sponsorship program is open to deserving individuals who aim to learn, promote and better the Morgan horse breed through their efforts. Sponsor submitting nomination, and nomination fee must be located within the United States and 18 years of age or older. Nominee may be under the age of 18. Individuals may not nominate themselves. Employees of Alden Customs, and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ODDS
Odds of sponsorship are 1/13 and judged purely on the merits of the individuals efforts.
SPONSORSHIP
Sponsor will receive ONE (1) full custom hunt coat, or ONE (1) full custom Academy Combo (shirt/vest/tie), or ONE (1) day coat only depending on the division the rider competes in.
GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE
Should the winner supply inaccurate measurements, Alden Customs is not liable for any costs for alterations, and are at the owners expense- however all remedies to the solution of fit will first be exhausted. No refunds to the nomination fee will be accepted due to the crowd sourcing nature of the sponsorship.
